Showed up at the party to support a friend of mine. Almost didn’t show but something made me go Ahh I sure didn’t know That Little miss 5 foot 4 with long brown hair Would come walking in my life She gave me them humming bird wings yea time began to slow Heart was racing I swear my jaw hit the floor Never have I ever seen an angel before I wanted a family her a house full of kids So we traded keys and rings what’s mine is yours blended our life’s her 1 became 4 then we added 2 more I thought I made it my life was now complete little did I know we didn’t want the same thing cause I wanted a family and she wanted kids And god sure taught me what the difference is so now I suffer in silence since the day you went way never have I ever felt this kind of pain I gave you the keys You gave back my name God knows how much I’d love to but she’s not to blame cause I wanted a family and she wanted kids O how I know now what the difference is I’m still standing tall but that whisky’s knocking at my door If our love taught me somthin can’t f***t a two front w*r so my hearts where I’ll keep you dreams are where I’ll see you Aww wouldn’t you know there ain’t no difference between kids and family in that show.
