1.1 FineShare Singify provides voice transformation services to users. Our service allows users to transform their voice into any model voice of their choice.
1.2 These models may bear certain resemblances to the vocal characteristics of identifiable public figures. However, it is important to clarify that these models are completely artificial creations, developed through the application of advanced machine learning algorithms, and we do not take any liability for the produced samples. Furthermore, the creation and provision of these voice models do not constitute any endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership between FineShare Singify and the said public figures. All trademarks, names, and likenesses associated with these public figures are their respective properties.
1.3 Our voice models are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use and should not be used in any manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the public figure by the user or any third party. Users of our service are expressly prohibited from using the voice models to create content that is defamatory, unlawful, harmful, harassing, fraudulent, threatening, or otherwise objectionable (as defined in Part 4. Prohibited Uses).
2.1 To use FineShare Singify, you must create a user account. You may create a user account by offering us your name, email address, and other required information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account and password.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a user account, and to update your information as needed to keep it accurate, current, and complete through necessary updates.
2.3 You may not share your user account with anyone else. You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your user account.
2.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account if we suspect that you have violated this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
3.1 FineShare Singify allows users to upload files and recordings to our platform for voice transformation purposes.
3.2 You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content that you upload to FineShare Singify.
3.3 You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringes on any intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
3.4 You declare and guarantee that you possess all necessary rights to upload the content you provide to FineShare Singify, and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
3.5 You acknowledge that FineShare Singify does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of any content that you upload to our platform.
3.6 FineShare Singify reserves the right to delete any content that violates this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
You agree not to use the service, or any audio created by the service, for any of the following purposes:
5.1 FineShare Singify offers both free and paid subscription plans
5.2 If you subscribe to FineShare Singify, your subscription will continue to automatically renew until terminated.
5.3 You can cancel your FineShare Singify subscription at any time. To cancel your plan, please contact us at support@fineshare.com.
5.4 FineShare Singify reserves the right to change the fees and subscription plans at any time. If any changes occur in fees or subscription plans, we will notify you in advance.
6.1 FineShare Singify owns all intellectual property rights in and to our voice transformation services, including all software, algorithms, and content.
6.2 You acknowledge that FineShare Singify owns all rights, title, and interest in and to our voice transformation services and that you have no rights to our services other than as expressly granted in this Agreement.
6.3 You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any portion of FineShare Singify or our voice transformation services without our prior written consent.
6.4 FineShare Singify respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit a report through the DMCA Policy page to let us know.
7.1 FineShare Singify shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of FineShare Singify or our voice transformation services.
7.2 FineShare Singify shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our voice transformation services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
7.3 In no event shall FineShare Singify’s total liability to you exceed the amount that you have paid to us for your use of our voice transformation services.
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. FineShare, FineShare Singify, and its affiliates do not warrant that a) the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the service will meet your requirements.
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FineShare Singify is used for lawful purposes only. You should never copy our tools to a device that you do not own or for which you do not have express permission from the owner. Installation under any of these conditions may violate the laws of your country or region, which may result in severe criminal or civil consequences. Before using our products, please consult legal counsel to ensure that your use case does not violate any laws.
You assume full responsibility for your use of FineShare Singify tools. FineShare Singify is not responsible if you use our tools in a manner that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to unauthorized installation on another person's phone and unauthorized access to the device. FineShare Singify can not and does not provide legal advice regarding your desired use. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved and retained by FineShare Singify.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold FineShare Singify harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of FineShare Singify or our voice transformation services, or any violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
