You voted for evil, you voted for lies He says he follows Jesus, but that’s a disguise You think he’s the man of the hour But he only cares about himself and power He’s the absolute worst of us And you think he stands for Justus You shout that he’s chosen, righteous and bold While he sells out your children for silver and gold Welcome to the wrong side of history You’ve sold out democracy Traded your soul for a red hat and fear Cheered while the guardrails disappeared You call it strength, but it’s cruelty You claim it’s faith, but it’s blasphemy You scream about freedom, then silence the truth— While cheering for lies that erase all the proof He breaks every rule you once held dear But now you defend him year after year You say, “What about them?” to dodge the blame But gaslighting don’t wash away the shame Welcome to the wrong side of history Where facts are fake and lies run free You turned your back on the broken and torn Then blamed the refugees weathering the storm The chapters go on, the night will fade Truth’s a light that won’t be swayed Open your heart, break the spell You don’t have to walk with him to hell Take off the mask, let go of the hate It’s never too late to change your fate Step off the wrong side of history Stand up for truth and dignity No more excuses, no more deceit Let justice rise, let the lies retreat We can still fix what’s come undone— But only if we face what we’ve become.
