Male:
Soft, low, almost whispering at the start
Honestly, I’m scared of being alone,
sleepless nights cut straight to the bone.
Empty words and a mask on my face—
would anyone notice, would anyone trace?
Female:
Enters stronger, brighter tone — but with controlled voice.
They tell me “stand tall, don’t ever fall,”
but strength can be the heaviest wall.
I burn like fire, I take the f***t,
yet who will hold me in the night?
Male:
volume rising compared to intro
Does fate have mercy, or will I be damned?
A tree once blooming, now broken, unmanned.
The petals are gone, they won’t return—
I watch them wither, I watch them burn.
Female:
Strong entry, voice higher than male, but cracks a little at confession.
They call me fierce, they call me flame,
but power’s a mask that hides my name.
I can be strong, but deep inside—
I need a place where I can hide.
Male:
Most emotional male part — higher, louder, pleading.
Will someone see me, for all that I am?
Not with kind lies, not another sham.
I’m begging—don’t let me disappear,
just see me once, see me clear.
Female (almost with male part overlapping):
Starts strong, then softens — still higher register than male, but voice breaks slightly at the end.
See the fire, but see the ache,
see the burden no one can take.
I am not endless, I’m flesh and bone—
I don’t want to stand alone.
Strong enough, but still in need,
a hand to catch me when I bleed.
Summary:
Final Overlap (both together)
Male: lower, trembling, repeating “see me…” softly.,
Female: higher, strong but slightly cracking, weaving around him.,
Both voices swell together mid-line, then fade into soft, almost broken harmony at the very end.
