I've had nothing but fun using Soundraw. I use it a lot to create tracks for company presentations. Less so for writing original music because I've spent decades writing music the "old way" and have a lot of very specific ideas when I write songs - there aren't enough controls to get Soundraw to work in that use case. Hoping for upgrades in the future!!

I signed up to try the AI music generator and paid $32 for one month. I didn’t really like the platform — it wasn’t what I expected and didn’t work for me. So I canceled my subscription. Then, to my shock, I was charged $357.39 for a full year after I canceled. This felt completely unfair and misleading. I never agreed to an annual plan, and I clearly canceled on my own. We reached out to their support email asking for help — and no one responded. Being charged for something I don’t use, then ignored when asking for a refund, is really upsetting. I just want this resolved and hope no one else goes through the same experience.
