I loved using Topmediai

I loved using Topmediai, it's so far the best music-writing website I've ever used. I generally just use the music creator to write some songs, as I enjoy doing so. However, I tried to unsubscribe because I didn't use topmediai that often, and I had bills coming in. I couldn't receive the verification code, and I couldn't unsubscribe. I sent an email to support@topmediai, and Ada got in touch with me. I was impressed with the way that she sorted out my issue and the fact that I could write an email to someone that could sort out my issue. Great website, and a huge shout out to Ada- Thank you a lot! You were so kind and generous with solving my issue, thank you! I signed up for a simple subscription…But...

I signed up for a simple subscription to get started. The music that it created to my lyrics was more than incredible. However, around 11-15-24, the website was hacked with some virus and my new creations were in foreign languages with lyrics I did not input. I don't know if they can recover from this. So, I had to cancel all my subscriptions.
