The ever growing paywall
This website once had a great community and was a very easy way for people to delve into creating with AI voices, but through several changes, feature removals, and paywall became something more suited for those who wish to use AI professionally and are willing to pay for it. It went from the removal of the community tab, to limiting YouTube conversions, to limiting conversions in general with minutes, and then the worst of it came when they made download minutes something you had to pay for, making the free tier effectively useless. Then soon after they shut down their discord presumably due to the negative backlash they received throughout those changes. The current state of Kits.ai is very disappointing. The service itself is decent, but much less accessible than before and not worth it from the perspective of someone who's used it since its early days.

kits AI earn is a scam！
I joined last December, cloned and shared my voice model, but they don't want me to make money. Since the end of March, KITS.AI earn has not generated any income for me. I contacted the ticket support, and he told me that the contribution value of users using the model reached the maximum this month. I waited for two months, and it did not generate any income during this period. Not even 0.0001, but my model still had a lot of people using it. I think it is a scam, don't trust them anymore! So I choose to leave it.

Horrible site
Their voice cloning is awful. I made two voice models and they turned out to be a disappointment. Plus I couldn't make any covers because it didn't support any YouTube links. In addition, their vocal remover sucks. I tried to remove the lead vocals from some songs, only the lead vocals, but the background vocals came off with them. Stay away from this site! And did I mention they have a no-refunds policy? Why? They're not even worth it!

Horrible conversion
Horrible conversion. It's not good. I use acestudio and it converts properly and stems are clean. Kits.ai did everything wrong. I converted stems and words are goofed up. What a waste of 11 BUCKS. I'll ticket and hope they aren't scammers. Update: There's no possible way to refund. Scammers. I thought I saw a 3 days trial somewhere.
